• Your name, email address and phone number when you submit an enquiry or quote request.
• Event details you choose to share — date, venue, guest numbers, event type and styling preferences.
• Hire items you add to your quote list on this website.
• Correspondence between you and our team by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Basic technical information such as pages visited and general location, where website analytics are enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To confirm bookings, coordinate setup and communicate about your event.
• To arrange payments, deposits, bonds and hire collection or delivery.
• To improve our website, services and customer experience.
• To send you information you have specifically asked for.

4. Quote List Stored On Your Device

When you add hire items to your quote list, that list is saved in your own browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry, and you can clear it at any time from the quote list bar or by clearing your browser data.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses only the storage needed to keep the site working (such as your quote list and, for our team, an admin login session).

Where website analytics are enabled, they help us understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies and analytics scripts through your browser settings.

6. Sharing With Others

We share personal information only where it is necessary to deliver your event or run our business — for example with venue staff for access and setup times, or with the service providers that host this website, deliver our email and process payments.

Those providers only receive what they need for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Photos & Event Imagery

We photograph our own setups and completed styling work, and may share these images on this website and on our social media to showcase our work.

If you would prefer that images from your event are not used publicly, please tell us before your event date and we will respect that request.

8. Storage & Security

Enquiry and booking information is stored in our email and business systems, and website content is stored with our hosting provider. Access to our website administration area is restricted to authorised team members and protected by a password login.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Retention

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deliver your event and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.

10. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

11. Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where an event involves young people — such as a school ball — we deal with the school, parents or organisers.
